Learn about our nine service policies
1. Access to the property
We value your time — and ours too! Please make sure we can enter your home at the scheduled time. If access is not possible after 15 minutes, the service will be considered canceled with a 50% fee. If we’re able to enter after the 15-minute mark, a $25 late-entry fee will be added
2. Cancellations & rescheduling
We totally understand that plans can change. Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule with no fee. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or we cannot access your property, a 50% fee will apply to cover the time and resources prepared for your service.
3. Service duration
Every home is unique, and so is the time it takes to make it shine. If your space needs a little extra love, we’ll let you know before extending the service (charged by the hour). If you choose not to extend, we’ll always do our very best within the scheduled time.
4. Spaces ready for cleaning
We focus on what we do best: cleaning, disinfecting, and polishing your home. To work efficiently, please make sure excess clutter, toys, clothes, or shoes on the floor are put away before we arrive. We don’t move or organize valuables, disassemble items, or handle heavy clutter. If you’d like help with organizing or decluttering, we’d be happy to arrange this as an additional service.


5. Pets at home
We love your furry friends! For safety reasons, please keep them in a separate area during the cleaning. This helps us work faster and prevents any accidents.
6. Products & tools
We use safe, certified products (ECOLOGO, EWG, EPA) along with steam technology and HEPA-filtered vacuums. If you prefer us to use your products, we can — just note that results may vary since they’re not part of our tested process and might not be enough for the full service. Our products are always measured and prepared to guarantee the best results.
7. Safety & respect
We reserve the right to stop or cancel a service if we encounter unsafe, disrespectful, or uncomfortable situations. Our mission is to care for your home while protecting the well-being of our team too
8. Satisfaction guaranteed
We want you to love your space after every service. If something didn’t meet your expectations, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll gladly come back to make it right. After that time, adjustments cannot be made.
9. Conditions beyond our service
We specialize in deep, detailed cleaning, but we do not handle extreme conditions. This includes excessive mold, blood, feces, pest infestations, or hazardous chemicals. These situations are unsafe for both you and our crew. If we encounter them, we’ll pause the service and discuss the next steps with you.
